A world where no place is safe: not your home, not your bank, not even the sanctity of your own mind. So who will save us? The listless bureaucracy that we call our government is asleep at the wheel. By failing to defend our genetic integrity, the President has neglected the first business of government -- protecting the rights and liberties of American citizens. Thus, we must take matters into our own hands.
